🌙 Why I Wasn’t Sleeping Well
For me, the biggest issues were:
Racing thoughts at night or waking up multiple times (only occasionally during “that time of the month)
Feeling groggy in the morning
Low energy during the day
I wanted a natural solution—not something that would leave me feeling worse the next day. As with everything I write or post about, I fully tested all the products and methods for better sleep and while they work for me, they may not for you as we are all different. ✨ What I Tested for Better Sleep
After a lot of trial and error, here’s what actually made a difference:
1. My Nighttime Routine Reset
I started winding down earlier—less screen time, more intentional relaxation. Even 30 minutes made a difference. A hot shower right before bed always helps me too. I also like to do short meditations using YouTube videos or the Calm app too.
Deep breathing calms nerves and is scientifically proven, so I use different breathing methods and use them when my brain just won’t stop or anytime when I feel I am nervous or need to focus.
Tart cherry juice can help you sleep better
Tart cherry juice is a healthy alternative that can help with insomnia. I tried it for about a month and did find that over time, I did feel more relaxed when incorporating it into my nightly routine.

The CURED Dream Gummies are my favorite for deep sleep. I take one or two, depending on what I feel I need. Please read the ingredients for this and all supplements as they may interact with a prescription you may be on. You may not be able to consume these based on where you work, so keep this in mind.
Also, some ingredients in the CURED products are not for your fur babies, so I keep mine in a medical lock box and I think you should do the same for this and all medications, supplements or prescriptions. They are not for children either.

The alice chocolates are delicious, creamy and super effective. They are also work friendly, which means there is nothing in them that will be a no-no at workplaces.
I love the nightly bites!
The alice nightly bites for deep sleep are extremely powerful for me. I don’t taste mushrooms in them but some people say they taste a bit of a bitter bite with each. I like the taste and did find them to be very effective on my sleep. I can only take a ½ of a piece of chocolate and wake up feeling refreshed.
When I tried 2 squares, I had a hard time waking up. When I took a full one square, I still felt a bit groggy. My advice is to start small and then see what works for you and your body type.
The alice brainstorm for focus and energy are effective at waking you up without feeling “buzzy” or overstimulated. A half square works for me, but you may need a different dosage. You can find these at Whole Foods too!
