If you’re a content creator, blogger, influencer—or simply someone who loves sharing your favorite products online—have you ever wondered if you could actually make money from the things you’re already recommending? How I Discovered ShopMy
My ShopMy story actually started with one of my favorite brands: HULKEN. I was working with HULKEN during my first year of doing affiliate marketing, sharing their amazing rolling totes with my audience using my Hulken discount code and affiliate link.
An affiliate link is simply a special trackable link that allows a creator to earn a commission when someone purchases a product through that link. Instead of just telling someone, “I love this product!” I can give them a link to shop it—and potentially earn money when they do. It’s all a part of content marketing, a growing need for many brands in the marketing world.

HULKEN eventually switched over to ShopMy, and because I was already working with the brand, I was automatically approved to join the platform. I started in the Ambassador tier, and every time I made sales through my HULKEN recommendations, I moved up the platform’s tiers. Before I knew it, I had reached Trendsetter and then Icon status.

From One Affiliate Link to a Whole Creator Business
I started creating more ShopMy links and organizing products I genuinely loved. I could link products from websites I already used, while also taking advantage of ShopMy’s internal brand links from companies that are part of the platform. I can also use it to house affiliate links from other platforms…like a one-stop shop for your audience which is super convenient.
Then something really exciting started happening: brands began reaching out to me.
I started receiving opportunities to create exclusive content for brands, which gave me another way to earn money as a creator.

How to Earn Money Sharing Your Favorite Products Online
I love using their code to embed carousels of my favorite products into my website. Once in a “shelf”, you can click Settings & Sharings and use Embeddable Components to add code to your website. As soon as you update your ShopMy, it will automatically update the products on your website….no back and forth of updating products needed. I love this.
I also love their auto templates for easily sharing one product or an entire collection. It’s simple and quick and customizable for branding and more! Brands also send me templates I can post when they are having sales. This is helpful too, especially if the sale stacks on top of my discount code. My audience loves this!
The Best Part? I Get to Share What I Actually Love
For me, that's what makes ShopMy special.
I get to discover new products, try things I might not have otherwise found, create affiliate links, and share the brands and products I genuinely love with my audience.
I'm not interested in recommending something just because it might make me money.
If I don't love it, I'm not going to tell you that you need it.
That philosophy is incredibly important to me as a creator because my audience comes first.
