Things to Buy at Sam’s Club to Save Money
It’s been a long while since I’ve been to Sam’s Club. I used to shop it frequently, especially due to their gorgeous flowers and low prices. I recently became a Sam’s Club Creator and was granted an opportunity to join Sam’s Club again and there are still amazing bargains that may make you think about joining the club too! I saw amazingly low prices and thought my readers would like to know what goes on “in da club”. Read on to learn what to buy at Sam’s Club to save money.
FREE SAM’S CLUB MEMBERSHIP- Link good UNTIL 2026
When I joined Sam’s Club in July 2025 as a Sam’s Club creator, I was given a membership to give to YOU, my readers! Use this link to join Sam’s Club until January 31st, 2026 with a FREE 30-Day Membership. I really love this because you can shop for a month and figure out if the cost of the membership will be worth it to you.
Great deals on BIG Native products we love
A basic membership is $50 a year, but they run promos often. You can get cash back opportunities, free delivery for Plus members, second membership card offers (I gave one to my husband and it was free), gas savings, and so much more. If you are looking to save more money, definitely look into Sam’s Club. I LOVE their app, which also removes the need for a physical card.
I love these pens!
Sam’s Club is Good for All + Shop This Post
I only stopped my Sam’s Club membership due to moving. When I moved to a new state, I wasn’t volunteering for large groups as often nor was I making wedding cakes, so I didn’t think to begin a Sam’s Club membership again. Then, prices went sky high and I started looking for new ways to save and Sam’s Club is an answer to this need. You can shop Sam’s Club online too! All of the links to the products I talk about in this article link out to the Sam’s Club online club.
My favorite list making supplies
Skip the Line-In the Club
Did you know that you can put a bank card or credit card into the Sam’s Club app, scan your products as you shop, then check out using the app so you can skip the lines in the club? Our Sam’s Club in Florida had pretty long lines (which moved fast…I could see the employees were efficient and the club…on a Sunday…had a calm vibe, which I loved!) so my husband and I tested out checking out with the app and it was easy and quick.
My husband loves this griddle
My Loves + Southern Living and Reddit
While my Sam’s Club product loves may differ from yours, I wanted to share some of the money savings I found with you, my readers. Thank you for reading this! Want more? Read on!
Southern Living has some favorite Sam’s Club items (they love the rotisserie chicken) and you can see their editor’s product loves here.
Even Reddit readers got into the Sam’s Club savings and you can read Reddit readers product loves here.
Great prices on these flowers!
Fresh Flowers-In the Club
When I made wedding cakes, getting two dozen roses for under $20 was an amazing savings I passed along to my clients. Their flowers are still at great prices…even better than years ago! You can still get many flowers for $20 and under. You can get the fresh flowers IN STORE.
I love the Draper James bed sets!
See one of my fresh flower creations (my puppy shaped flower bouquet) I will now make using Sam’s Club flowers in my article here and in my YouTube video below or via my YouTube channel @carolynjbraden:
School Supplies-Online and In the Club
I am a BIG organizer and a former teacher, so I love school supplies. I found a pack of 8 super sticky lined Post-It notes (l like the lined ones for list making because I make lots of lists) for $16.18, much less than I could get anywhere else. I also loved their BIC multi-color pen pack of 7 for $6.98.
Sam’s Club has many mattress deals
Mattresses-Online and In the Club
I received a Sam’s Club mattress complimentary via Influenster in 2025 to test. It was one of their Member’s Mark mattresses that retails for around $550. While I can’t find the exact mattress one their website (mine was an in-store mattress) here’s a similar one on their website.
We love our Sam’s Club mattress
Mine was firm, and we tested it out and it’s a great mattress! My in-laws slept on it and said they slept well on it after the first night due to their bodies needing to adjust. They agreed it was a comfy mattress.
The organic chicken strips are a great deal
Food-Online and In the Club
I saw great savings on food items in the club. The giant cans of veggies for around $5 are great if you have a big family or entertain. The $11 organic maple syrup alone is a great deal! I use it to sweeten meals, shakes and more. My friend loves Skinny Pop and the $6 price for 14 ounces is great savings compared to other retailers. The bulk food name brand items are the biggest money savers.
The pool lounger is cute!
Lifestyle-Online and In the Club
I saw a CUTE waterproof tote called the Everything Tote by Sport-brella for under $30. When you compare it to other retailers selling similar bags (see my article about these bags here) for around $150, the Sam’s Club price is great and it’s a quality product.
The outdoor products at Sam’s Club have great savings
The 2 person kayaks, under $400 4-burner gas griddle and $20 solar lights made my husband swoon. We are both big fans of Native body wash and the giant bottles and low prices had us both swooning.
I adore the chaise…I sat on it and it was comfy!
More lifestyle products I fell in love with included an oversized COMFY chaise lounger (I hope it’s still available when I move because I want it for my basement!), adorable under $25 Halloween costumes (the Dorothy costume even had ruby slippers!) tailgating supplies, laundry supplies (the Downy bead price of under $15 is great for a 32 oz. container and I get the Comfy Cozy so I don’t have to buy fabric softener), Samsonite luggage and more.
These planters are a great price at under $25
The Sam’s Club Draper James bedding (Reese Witherspoon’s lifestyle brand) is ADORABLE and at under $50 for a 4-piece quality set, no wonder it’s selling out.
My husband loves the heavy duty totes at Sam’s Club
