While peel and stick tile may seem so enticing because it’s easy and takes less time to execute, it’s simply not long lasting. If you want to create a tiled backsplash that is truly durable, you are going to have to use adhesive, grout and more.
Luckily, my husband has tiled several rooms in the homes we’ve renovated over the years and has become quite an expert. He uses a method that can be used in a kitchen, a bathroom or any area of your home where water or other liquids are abundant.
Watch the video below to see how he tiles a backsplash in our kitchen. It only took three days and looks fantastic. It’s also been super durable….and I would know since I cook all the time!
