Why I Love the Crown Affair Hair Towel
The magic is in the ultra-soft microfiber waffle knit material. Unlike bulky towels that stay soaked forever or rough fabrics that can create friction and frizz, this towel absorbs an incredible amount of water fast while still feeling lightweight and gentle on hair. I love how the material never pulls on my hair, nor is it heavy, which helps me not get headaches!
It’s great after using my Sproos!

Within about 5–10 minutes, my hair is already dramatically drier.
That means less time using hot tools — which also means less heat damage over time. If you regularly blow dry your hair, you already know how important that is for keeping your strands healthier and shinier.

The Patented Design Is Actually Genius
One thing I really appreciate about this towel is the design itself. It’s incredibly easy to use and actually stays put.
I simply:
Flip my wet hair forward
Wrap the towel around it
Twist the length to absorb the moisture
Tuck the end securely into the elastic loop…this is key as many don’t have this and I love it because it truly keeps it locked in place for as long as you need it to.
The towel has a generous amount of length and is cut in a perfect shape, so it works beautifully for long hair like mine, but it’s also designed for all hair types, lengths and textures.
Another thing I love? It’s on the thinner side compared to many oversized microfiber wraps, which means the towel itself dries quickly too. No damp towel hanging around your bathroom for days (meaning less moldy smells, yay!).

Why I Chose the Black Color
The towel comes in several gorgeous colors, but I personally chose the black version because my rose gold hair color tends to bleed a little after fresh color appointments. The darker shade helps keep it looking newer and cleaner longer.

Absolutely. I’ve tried several methods for speeding up my hair drying routine over the years, and while I still like other options, I keep reaching for this one.
