I love sparkles and glitter. I have since I was a child. The more sparkly and glittery, the better. I’ve been applying crystals to ordinary objects for years now (inspired by my favorite jewelry designer, Tarina Tarantino) to make them more fabulous and I thought it was time to share my secrets with anyone wanting to do it themselves. It’s a lot easier than you think!
How to Make Crystal Rhinestone Sunglasses
My favorite crystals are Swarovski. They shimmer and shine like no other crystal. I like using flat back crystals to bejewel flat surfaces. My favorite sizes are SS (stone size) 20, 16 and 12. I used them to crystallize my wedding toasting glasses (17 years ago!) and they were simply beautiful.
