I’ve been mixing ketchup and mayo together since I was a child. When I saw Heinz actually put out a product, Mayochup (of the same combination) I realized it was time to share my secret!
Some think this combination is not appetizing, but I love it. Ketchup is often too harsh of a taste for me, but the creaminess of the mayo tones it down just enough.
Servings: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes or less
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegan mayo (I used Sir Kensington’s Fabanaise)
2 tablespoons ketchup (I used Whole Foods Organic Tomato Ketchup)
How-To:
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and the mayo together.
Serve with fries and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks:
I like to use this dip for baked fries AND meatless “chicken tenders.
Make adjustments of the mayo and the ketchup to suit your tastes.
