Every year our calendar fills up with baby showers, and while we love getting the chance to celebrate the parents-to-be, and we love a good shower (especially one with a super-creative theme!), we often find ourselves less than thrilled to be participating in the festivities. Is anyone else so. over. the traditional baby shower games? They’re supposed to be fun, but does anybody really want to play the same awful diaper-smelling game? Nope. Not us.
The same goes for “guess the baby food flavor” and taking bets on how large the mom-to-be’s belly is. (Who decided the latter was ok, by the way?!) They’re expensive, they’re wasteful, they’re cringe-worthy and, frankly, they’ve run their course. But luckily, there are a few not-too-painful baby shower games that anyone can have a blast playing.
We’ve rounded up some of the best baby shower games to help break up the endless cycle of tissue paper and cake. Don’t worry: Nobody will roll their eyes at these games. In fact, we’re pretty sure everyone will be having too much fun to care whether they look silly.
