Have you ever put your hair up in a claw clip, gotten in the car, and immediately wished you hadn't? I used to deal with bulky claw clips pressing into the back of my head every time I leaned against my headrest. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it often left me with a headache by the end of a drive.
Don’t get me wrong…I love using regular claw clips too (like some of my cute DIY bedazzled claw clips), but I really needed one to solve the problem of keeping my hair up in the car, while remaining comfortable. I started doing some testing and figured out a solution.

I chose the adorable Sand Dollar Flat Claw Clip, and it's even prettier in person. I saw it in a social media post, and since I live on Sanibel where I find sand dollars (alive, which I look at and leave in the ocean, and some I find on the shore not alive, and take them home), I knew I needed it in my hair clip arsenal.
