A vegan cheese sauce seasoned to taste like tacos? OKAY! This is yummy with tortilla chips, on a baked potato, on tacos, or on my I LOVE CHIPS Burrito Quesadillas.

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite plant based milk)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
How-To:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (I used my Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth.
Tips and Tricks
Don’t have a high speed blender? You can use a regular blender, but you should soak the cashews for at least 30 minutes in hot water to soften them enough to be blended smooth.
