Cake Flavors:
All cakes are made with fresh ingredients.  I only use fresh fruit in the fruit based cakes.  Due
to this, leftover cakes should only be stored in the refrigerator.

I fill all layered cakes with buttercream icing unless another is chosen.

(Great on the milk chocolate cake!)

Chocolate Mousse
(Good on white almond or on any chocolate variety of cake.)

Cream Cheese
(Yummy on the banana walnut or the carrot walnut!)

Mocha Cream
(Pairs with the chocolate mocha cake.)

Orange Creamcicle*
(Pair with the white almond cake.)

Raspberry (contains pureed fresh fruit)
(So yummy when on the milk chocolate cake!)

Raspberry Cream (contains pureed fresh fruit)
(Great on the lemon cake!)

Strawberry Cream (contains fresh fruit)
(Pairs wonderfully on the fresh strawberry cake.)

Banana Cream*  
(A banana split cake when you make pair it with fresh strawberries on the milk chocolate cake!)

Turtle  (pecans and caramel)
(Yummy on the milk chocolate cake.)

Lemon Curd
(Great on the white almond cake!)

Lime Curd
(Make it fruity...pair this with the lemon cake!)

(Sooooo good on the double chocolate peanut butter chip!)
